Basically, the title says it all. Where do we, as a whole flash game dev community, go from here?
Post your suggestions and your +1/-1 support for each and I'll keep a running tally. Hopefully, we can move on as a significant group to maintain what Mochi has spent so many years an so much effort building.
Note: Time is limited on here, so let's get going on this ASAP.

RESULTS
Now that we're in the final week of Mochi, and have had a few days to throws ideas at various boards, walls and unsuspecting interns, here are the INFORMAL results. I'll be using these results to create a more formal survey which I hope can provider a wider view of what the future holds for us as a community. The survey (and corresponding results) will be available on http://dev.playvue.com/ in the next day or two.

Thanks for everyone's contributions. If you happen to discover new/missed options, please visit one of the two (or both) forums listed above and share your findings there where they can be seen post-3/31.
And, most importantly, a BIG THANK YOU to Mochi for the years of community and support! I really can't describe just how incredibly valuable it has been to me, as well as countless others. We will never find your equal! Goodbye, and good luck!

Before I buy bunch of Apple devices and take over the App Store (bwahahahaha) or just go back to making WordPress themes, I think I might give FGL a shot. This is supposed to be my year to go full-time creative... Mochi was going to be a big part of the plan but maybe my main focus now becomes sponsorships... Longer development cycle, of course. Maybe a little bit of one and then off to the other. I was also thinking Android but I hear hardware variations can be a pain. Anybody else reconsidering their road map?
I'm not dumping on any of the proposed alternatives... Other forums, etc. I'll definitely be keeping an open mind on everything.

@YWP: Android variations are a lil complex, but by no means a deterrent. The majority of the market consists of just a few configs.
Congrats on going full-time! It's gonna be stressful, but DAMN is it entirely worth it! Good Luck! Have you checked out onegameamonth.com yet? It's an awesome group focused on doing just that. And, it's >5000+ strong now.

@playvue I've used all of the ones mentioned, and will continue to do so. The exception is google analytics for flash which I'm just beginning to look into now.
By the way, you could also add Kongregate, GameJolt, and Mindjolt as portals that share revenue with devs. All +1 from me.

What could be better than seeing your game hits 1 000 000 gameplays mark? It is when your game, also, earns you a few or maybe dozen of thousands dollars on top of what you get from sponsors.
We are Xenao Games and we would like to give this opportunity. All you need to do is to place a link or banner to our MMO game called Doom Forge - http://doomforge.com In return we will give you 50% of net revenue of whatever we earn from players who came by your referral link.
This can easily add a couple thousand dollars to your pocket with little work and you don't have to lose an opportunity to earn money from your game. We already paid out over $160,000 to our partners who work with us. So why not to try and work with us?
If you are interested then get in touch with us and show us the game you are about to release. We will give your referral link, banners, access to reports and think up how to maximize your profit out of your game.

Originally posted by Junjo Hello, And what about the Live Updates service? I think it will be the hardest service to substitute, somebody knows an alternative?yep this is what i'd like to find too, a good live updates service

There isn't one as far as I am aware. You could always implement your own. If it works well and you have the band width, you could even offer it as a service for other developers. Then you can make $$$s, bundle in a distribution service and some ads, make even more $$$s and then sell out to China who will pull the plug on all your hard work.
- Thankful People:
Thinking about it, a live updates system isn't all that complicated. I might have a stab at rolling my own one day.

make more games make your own network to cut middleman.
Xenao games is great example of how to cut middleman, but since you are able to reach 1m gameplays per month everyone would talk with you and if only you have decent negotiations skills you can get few times more than every offer mentioned above. Keep in mind that companies are paying 1-10usd/app download and you can easily reach 1% download from banner in your game. So every 1M gameplays can earn for you at least 1-10k usd raw cash (and 1% is rid. low). But you need to look different on your product. It's way more valuable than sponsors want you to think ;)

It is probably viable to do it for my own games. I know in principle how I could create the patches and get a wrapper to update the original swf. Setting up the infrastructure to cope with running it as a service for anyone who wants to use it on the other hand would be a major problem.

You guys are going to debate this thing until time runs out. I have a temporary upload area for former Mochi Media Game Developers to provide their works.
You will need a separate logon account to access this area, and once I have you game I must manually transfer it into place. This the best I can do given a deadline of 31 March …. I’m trying to salvage my own business and move to my own business continuity back-up / recovery plans.
Go here [ http://www.pbmcube.com/pbm3/upload.html ]. Create a Game Developer’s account; mention Mochi
Let's go to another existing forum ... FaceBook? ... and make solid plans. Everyone -- including myself -- is too busy activately our business continuity / back-up plans.

Regarding Mochibot alternatives (in addition to Google Analytics, GameAnalytics etc.). Here is some discussion from FGL Staff about a planned Mochibot alternative that will be usable without FGL Ads in a thread I created about the shutdown on their forum: Mochi Media Shutting Down
FGL Merlin: It's really sad that Mochi is closing down. A real shock actually! Back when I was a developer I loved Mochi, and some of my old games still have mochibot in them. Sad to see them go.
We're reaching out with Mochi to see if we can help developers directly through them, but we're also planning to provide as many services as we can to fill the gap. We already track a tonne of data about how your game is distributing in the wild, and are constantly updating reporting for those stats. At the moment we offer overview data, earnings, audience (i.e. location data, countries), and we're going to be adding things like domains, trends, etc.
elitic: Doesn't seem to be solution if your sponsorship doesn't allow ads...
FGL Merlin: We will be releasing a version of FGLads where you don't have to show ads, just use it for analytics. So if ads are an issue, we're planning to have an "off switch" for ads, so it's JUST for analytics.
b10b: Ok, but why would a "just use it for analytics" service be valuable / sustainable?
FGL Merlin: Valuable for you or us? For you, it would obviously be an alternative to mochibot. For us, we've never been primarily motivated by value, but by what's needed in the market. If we wanted value we would charge more commission. Our company is developer-centric, we are here to better your lives and make it easier to be a better developer.
hybrid: It's good to hear FGL plan to adapt their FGLAds system to include tracking domains (which I assume will be like the Mochibot hosts list). It's also very generous of you guys to optionally offer it as a service separate from FGLAds incase we ever want to use CPMStar etc. Thank you, I look forward to it!
FGL Merlin: No problem! Yeah we plan to have the list of the domains with all the information that you need to know about each one. Most of this is already in place FYI. We're going to move fast to help anyone who will be left high and dry due to the closure.
Analytics: +1 Google Analytics
Mochibot was my favorite part of Mochi. But now that I tried GA I actually like it better, it gives me a lot more data presented nicer including list of hosts. In case anybody is interested, I wrote up a little step-by-step tutorial here.

If you're in search of somewhere to hang out, rather than these forums, you can do worse than the FGL chatroom, it's often fun and useful. It's also often annoying. :)

Sad about mochi, I like it and see the names in scoreboard ... Although I came from china , but I hope that mochi had not be selt to that company . To me , a bad impression on that company ShengDa when I first saw news about them . Lack of honesty and I feel they want nothing but ways to earn money .Be ashamed and sorry for what they did , but not all the people from china are bad, sorry again.
Anyway, where to go ... maybe kongregate , or fgl where I made 2 games for them ,but i am not good at drawing, so ....

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Newgrounds, FGL and Maras all seem to be offering CPMStar ads:
As far as I know, EpicGameAds and ZuperAds have nothing to do with CPMStar.

You seem to conveniently forget about the other games on my account as well.

What needs to happen is that people need to create a system that does not only do flash, but runs html5 and maybe even unity too. To the people trying to start services just like Mochi, Try to add multiple platforms. The flash industry is falling, but push back with the rest of the platforms.

All the CPMstar eCPM are always so low? :S i guess basically are all CPA than for 1 action you can earn 1-2$ but normaly for flash gamers,, that are casual only see the ads and close and the best option are images/flash/videos by impresions or CPC.
i'm triying FGLAds and i hope be a good alternative with most ads liek CPM or CPC than CPA, if not will be a fail :(

if you can mass upload games from another source, then post adsense or similar programs, then you'll be fine.
the problem with sites like mochi and kongregate mass imports is that we get stuck with all those crap games with descriptions that are ten pages long, all CAPS, or in some asian language.
