Easy fast ways to make detailed wall panel:

Make a plane 16 by 16 polygons. covert to editable poly. pick all edges inside without selecting outside edges... you may not have to do this, you may be able to select outside edges too.... anyway....... 

After you select all inside edges you hit the Split option then you switch to faces/polygon mode and to a bevel.... in or out

Now if you want to add more geometrical look to the wall. select polygons in every other row and hit the Detach button and select detach to element so it stays all one object.  then move the rows half way up to the other row.
